Our commitment

ADVALUIT CONSULTING & TECHNOLOGY SLU, owner of entendoo.com, works to ensure that the information and routes on this website are understandable and usable by as many people as possible. Accessibility is part of the design, content and maintenance.

As a technical reference for improvement we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 of the W3C, with the objective of level AA. This objective does not constitute a complete certification or declaration of conformity that has not been accredited by sufficient evaluation.

Built-in measurements

Structure of headers and page regions, with a link to jump to the content.
Alternative texts on images and controls with accessible names.
Navigation and use of the form via keyboard, visible focus and return of focus when closing its windows.
Design adaptable to screens of different sizes and content that does not depend on accepting optional cookies.
Field labels, identification of required data and messages about the status of the request.
Legal information in web format, available without downloading a document.

Scope of checks and aspects to improve

Before opening, internal checks have been carried out on the corporate pages in Spanish, their adaptation to mobile, basic structure and handling of the form using a keyboard. These checks are limited in scope: they are not a substitute for a full audit of all WCAG criteria or assessment of understanding and use with people with different access needs.

New pages, documents and functionality must be reviewed before being published. The accessibility of linked external sites depends on their respective owners. If content presents a barrier, we will try to offer an appropriate alternative to access the information or complete the management.

Communicate a difficulty or request an alternative

Write to info@entendoo.com indicating, if you can, the address of the page, what you were trying to do and the difficulty encountered. You can describe the device, browser, or supporting product if it is helpful; You do not need to provide a diagnosis or health data.

We will analyze your communication to correct the barrier or indicate an alternative. Communications that include personal data are managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For data protection matters use gdpr@entendoo.com.
